All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. ** ** Amendment 01: The purpose of this amendment is to change the date from ’26 weeks’ to ’30 weeks’ after receipt of order (ARO) as found on pages three (3) and five (5) of the RFQ. The amended RFQ is attached. The Date Quotations Due is unchanged and remains as 27 February 2023, 02:00pm MDT. All other terms and conditions continue to apply.** The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Communications Technology Laboratory (CTL) has a requirement for replacement of existing batteries with new BRAND NAME EnerSys batteries in four (4) banks of an uninterrupted power supply (UPS) installed in the Boulder Computing Facility (BCF), located at the NIST Boulder site. The requirement is for a full removal, replacement, and disposal of the existing batteries. This shall be provided in accordance with the Statement of Work document attached herein. **See attached solicitation document and SOW for full requirement details.**
