NOAA has a requirement for a contractor to deliver fully functional, turnkey type facilities as described in this SOW. The work includes but is not limited to design, fabrication, delivery, installation, construction, and site work. The facility and the installed equipment shall be permanent construction. This Sources Sought is for market research purposes. It is anticipated this action is set-aside for SDVOSB's. Capabillity Statements are requested from eligible SDVOSB's. All other socioeconomic small businesses may submit a capability statement in the event this, or a future action considers a different set-aside.
