The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Acquisitions and Grants Office (AGO) intends to award a sole source purchase order to Associated Design Group (ADG) for Post Award Contract Oversight Assistance. This requirement contains over site tasks for assisting the Government during the design build contract, including design oversight services, third party commissioning services, quality assurance construction phase services to support design build efforts related to the replacement of the Northwest Fisheries Science Center (NWFSC) Mukilteo Research Laboratory facilities in Mukilteo, WA. The Mukilteo Research Station is a complicated, technically challenging project on a small-contaminated site with known archeological findings. The Government intends on procuring this support using FAR Part 36. The sole source authority for this action is granted under FAR Part 15 procedures. This notice is issued for informational purposes and not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation is available and phone calls will not be accepted. A purchase order will not be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. Any interested party should submit a statement of capabilities in sufficient detail to determine if the requirements of this synopsis can be met no later than 15 days from the date of this announcement. Sufficient detail includes submitting documentation that indicates the vendor has sufficient experience to meet this requirement. Responses to this notice must be sent via email to Sherry.Jones-Quashie@noaa.gov. No phone calls will be accepted. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. If no sufficient response is received, the order will be awarded without further notice. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed action based on responses from this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
