National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Acquisition and Grants Office (AGO) intends to award a firm fixed price order to a single source, National Contract Management Association (NCMA) to register participants for the 2022 NCMA World Congress. NCMA is hosting the 2022 World Congress on July 17-20, 2022 in Chicago, IL as an integrated in-person and virtual event. NCMA World Congress meets the criteria for training set out in 5 U.S.C. Chapter 41 and 5 CFR 410.404. The World Congress is the National Contract Management Association’s largest education event for contract management, procurement, and acquisition professionals. Individuals from government (federal, state, and local), industry, and commercial business come together for networking and training. Numerous education sessions are available that directly apply to the government contracting field while allowing attendees to network with a variety of like-minded professionals, contract experts, and colleagues from around the nation. NOAA AGO personnel will have a combination of virtual and in-person participation.
