This is a Pre-solicitation notice for Lift Station pumps and pump control panel replacement at the San Juan Weather Forecast Office located in Carolina, Puerto Rico. This is a request for quote using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This procurement is a total small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 237110. The small business size standard is $39.5M. Performance period shall be completed no later than 45 days after award. In order to receive an award the offeror shall complete the annual representations and certifications electronically in System for Award Management at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. The RFQ will be made available only on the Contract Opportunities (FBO) website beta.SAM.gov and is scheduled for issuance on July 23, 2020 and quotes respnse date is Aug 4, 2020 no later than 12:00 pm MST. No paper copies will be issued. Additionally, the Government will not reimburse any interested parties for monies spent to respond to this solicitation notice.
