REQUEST FOR INFORMATION This is a request for information for long term lodging services for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). Lodging: NOAA National Marine Fisheries Service is seeking lodging in the Carmel by the Sea and/or Monterey California area. Dates requested: December 27, 2021 – February 28, 2022. Please provide availability in the designated area. An estimated monthly rate and reservation policies. Lodging Facilities: Residential house or condo that will accommodate 5 adults (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms). At a minimum lodging must be fully furnished, contain a fully equipped kitchen, laundry Wi-Fi, basic cable TV, utilities and space for parking. Other Requirements: A walk through of the property may be required, prior to award. Miscellaneous: Please provide business size, and DUNS number.
