Due to technology advancements over the course of this task order’s period of performance, the existing operating system required needed to be upgraded to a new operating system. The data migration requires a new server infrastructure to be built to run in parallel to the exisiting server during the data migration. This caused an increase in storage consumption to complete the data migration. O
