This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE, issued by Ria Price, Department of Commerce, seeking information/input from prospective vendors interested in providing a department-wide Microsoft products and services solution. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL This is a notice for sources sought and is intended to identify potential sources that can meet the requirements of the Statement of Work (SOW). Quoted pricing is not required at this time. The information provided in this document is subject change and is not binding on the Government. Issuance of this notice does not constitute any obligation on the part of the Government to procure supplies or issue a solicitation. In addition, the Government is under no obligation to pay direct or indirect costs or charges that arise as a result of the contractor submission of responses to this notice. A procurement may result in a DOC Enterprise Wide Microsoft Blanket Purchase Agreement according to Federal Regulation (FAR) 16.5. Again, responses to the Sources Sought Notice (SSN) are voluntary and costs will not be reimbursed. NAICS Code (North American Industry Classification System) 541519 applies to this SSN. NAICS 541519: Other Computer Related Services, Size Standard: $30,000,000.00. Note: All contractors must have a current registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible to submit a formal Request for Proposal which will be posted in the future. Please note that any or all commodities/services herein are considered a Strategic Sourcing Solution, which will service the Department of Commerce as a whole.
