For the Global Class Vessel Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA), the Government reserves the right to make conditional awards. The following language will be added to the 1st page of the BOA: NOTE: The following items must be verified prior to the vendor being awarded a task order under this Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA). These items do not prohibit the vendor from providing a quote as long as the items can be resolved prior to the required award date of the task order. Should the items not be able to be resolved in a timely manner, the vendor's quote for that task order competition will not be considered. NAME OF VESSEL(S): ______________ Prior to award of a task order, the company must show evidence that the following issues have been resolved: For Example: - Provide a copy of a current Certificate of Inspection (COI). - Installed an A-Frame for the Global Class Vessel VESSEL INSPECTIONS: During the period of this Basic Ordering Agreement the Government reserves the right to inspection the vendor's vessel at any time. If, at any point during the duration of this Basic Ordering Agreement or in performance of a task order and the vendor's vessel is found to not meet the minimum requirements of the Basic Ordering Agreement, or the requirements of a specific task order, the vendor's Basic Ordering Agreement shall be considered for cancellation.
