NOAA seeks to lease fully serviced office space of 9,159 ABOA square feet within the city limits of Tulsa, Oklahoma, with 40 surface parking spaces (5 reserved), 24/7 operations/access, and roof access for antennae and other equipment. The lease would have a 5-year full term and 0-year firm term, with estimated occupancy on April 1, 2027. Offered space must meet Government fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards and cannot be in the 0.2-percent-annual chance floodplain. The Government currently occupies expiring office space in Tulsa and will consider alternative space if economically advantageous, weighing relocation costs and downtime. Entities should also be familiar with the telecommunications prohibitions under Section 889 of the FY19 NDAA as implemented by the FAR.
