This DRAFT Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued for informational purposes only to assist in developing the Final RFP. This DRAFT RFP allows interested parties to submit questions and comments regarding the requirements and the acquisition itself. The Acquisition and Grants Office (AGO)/Satellite and Information Acquisition Division (SIAD) will not accept or evaluate any proposals received in response to the DRAFT RFP. This notice does not constitute a request for proposals and should not be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose. Not responding to the DRAFT RFP does not preclude anyone from submitting offers for the Final RFP. Information contained herein is subject to change. Department of Commerce, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) intends to issue one or more Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract(s) with a five (5) year ordering period, as well as, the first four (4) Task Orders at award for the requirements described in the draft solicitation and attachments. To facilitate this, the Government is requesting that interested parties submit questions and/or comments, to be received no later than the deadline in this notice, to Sabrina McIntyre, Contracting Officer (sabrina.mcintyre@noaa.gov) and Markita Simmonds, Contract Specialist (markita.simmonds@noaa.gov). Please note, all questions and comments received from this notice may be incorporated in the final solicitation; the Government does not intend to post or respond to individual comments or questions from this notice.
