The USCB is requesting information, pursuant to FAR Part 10- Market Research, to identify potential sources for Geographic Update Partnership Software (GUPS) 4, which provides both desktop installation of a computer-based system and a web-based version of the software used to load, edit, and display geospatial data, as well as generate output files that the Geography Division (GEO) will then use to update the U.S. Census Bureau’s Master Address File/Topologically Integrated Geographic Encoding and Referencing (MAF/TIGER) Database (MTDB).
