The Government does not intend to award a contract solely on the basis of this market research. No funds are available to fund the information solicited. The USCB is requesting information, pursuant to FAR Part 10- Market Research, to identify potential sources to provide Transformation Research Services. The proposed North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 541618. The Government is interested in identifying all small businesses including Small Disadvantaged Businesses 8(a)s, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, Hubzone Businesses, and Women-Owned Small Businesses capable of performing these services. The government requests that interested parties respond to this notice in accordance with Paragraph 3 of this SSN. The USCB recognizes it must continue to evolve and modernize in order to remain relevant as the nation’s leading source of data and adapt in a constantly evolving, diverse data landscape. Thus, a Transformation Research effort was initiated in (FY) 2019. ‘Transformation’ is a broad term used to describe multiple initiatives the USCB is pursuing to adapt and modernize to meet the needs of the staff and customers as well as to improve current processes, operations, communications, culture, and customer service.
