The purpose of this requirement is to provide technical (operational and systems) support services to the Budget Division for the COBRA system. The Contractor shall have expert knowledge of Oracle Hyperion Planning with Essbase and Oracle Data Integrator (ODI). The Contractor shall also have expertise in developing and implementing customizations to Oracle Hyperion Planning. The contractor shall have expert knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). The contractor shall also provide .NET (C#) maintenance and support for the Project Management Application (PMA), if needed.
