Under the Authority of Federal Acquisitions Regulation, Part 6, Subparts 6.301 and 6.302, the U.S. Census Bureau, intends to contract with TTI Technologies/Vanguard, a small business, to provide 5 Seats to the Professional Research Membership for Technology and other Business Services to include All written deliverables and publications; Access to the member archives of TTI/Vanguard's website for up to 15 individuals; Access to 4 regional events for 4 members; Private streaming option. The period of performance for this membership consists of one calendar year beginning September 1, 2019 through August 31, 2020. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. In doing so, interested sources must submit technical capabilities, pricing and other information that demonstrates their ability to meet these needs. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice, but offers will be used to determine if a comparable source is available and more advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received within 15 days from the publication of this synopsis, a purchase order may be issued to TTI Technologies/Vanguard without further notice.
