Provide a recommendation to MBDA for conducting: research, data gathering, data analysis and assessment, macro-economic modeling (using SBO data converted to GDP), application of macro-economic models to U.S. economy and regional (i.e., state) economies, digital tool concepts, report concepts, and proposed timelines for completion. MBDA will review and provide feedback to the contractor regarding proposed recommendations. MBDA shall provide acceptance of the proposed recommendations and timelines for execution by the contractor.
