The objective of this procurement is to obtain detailed property-level microdata on real estate transactions and property characteristics across numerous states to verify quality of the data and to fill in gaps of current datasets BEA uses for land valuation and housing-related research. The data should cover 1990 through 2021 and should contain a level of detail and quality as specified in Section 3. Requirement of the SOW.

Part 10, the Government is conducting market research to: • Determine what sources exist that can satisfy the Government's requirements listed below • Determine the capabilities of potential contractors • Determine the size and status of potential sources • Determine the level of competition The Bureau of Economic Analysis (BEA), is one of the world’s leading statistical agencies, collects source data, conducts research and analysis, develops and implements estimation methodologies and disseminates statistics to the public. BEA relies heavily on data, in particular its GDP data to compile press releases, publications, interactive tables and to convert general economic analysis of the US economy.
