NIST is building a low uncertainty primary flow standard to characterize flow meters that measure semiconductor gases. The flow standard will allow us to generate physical models of applicable meter types so in the future a nitrogen calibration can be performed, and the meters used in semiconductor process gases without loss of accuracy. We require low flow mini coriolis meters are seeking sources capable of meeting the minimum requirements set forth in the attachd soruces sought notice. Please see attachment for further details
