The existing system includes an ExacqVision video server (128 channel) with 8TB storage, distributed IP cameras with PoE, and ExacqVision 5 Client software for viewing current and stored video distributed throughout the CNST and NIST Safety departments. The focus of this Sources Sought Notice is to determine the availability of vendors capable of providing the required software licenses as well as the capability and experience with installation and maintenance to the existing equipment. The required maintenance shall meet the specifications described below. 1. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS a. Vendor shall provide qualified personnel to perform maintenance work. i) Onsite personnel shall have a minimum of three years of windows operating system experience. ii) Onsite personnel shall have a minimum of three years of Exacqvision software configuration experience. b.
