The USPTO is issuing a sources-sought/RFI for market research only, not a solicitation, to identify small businesses able to provide real estate portfolio management support services. The contractor would assist with real property planning, negotiate GSA leasehold interests, and support long-term planning for USPTO’s facilities, including the Alexandria, VA campus and regional offices. Specific locations covered include facilities in Alexandria and Lorton/Springfield, VA, Detroit, MI, Dallas, TX, and San Jose, CA. Interested contractors must be small businesses under NAICS 531210 and demonstrate significant experience with GSA policies, federal real estate procurement, lease negotiations, and strategic planning. The government will use responses to determine which qualified small businesses may participate in a future alternative competition.
