This is a contract to provide personal assistance services (PAS) for federal employees with targeted disabilities, helping them perform daily work activities as mandated by an EEOC rule effective January 3, 2018. The services are required during work hours and on job-related travel, unless providing them causes undue hardship to the agency. The attached sole source justification indicates this is not a competitive bid opportunity.
