This procurement will be conducted under FAR Part 12 and Part 15 and award made on a competitive best value basis, using a trade-off among price and non-price factors. A draft solicitation notice was posted on March 21, 2025. Changes HAVE BEEN MADE to the details of the project since the posting of the draft solicitation. These dates were estimates and are not in effect. All proposal-related dates are currently To Be Determined (TBD). Additional information will be provided in future updates.
