The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) intends to change scope and exercise Option Period 2 to National Crime Prevention Council (NCPC), Inc., THE located in Gambrills, MD under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The new scope includes Television Channel, Digital Teaching Toolkit, Website, New PSA, New Online Games, Social Media, Outreach, and Pop-Up Event as well as an Other Direct Cost and Travel line. Interested concerns have the capabilities necessary to perform the requirement may submit a capability statement in a written format detailing the concern’s ability to meet the objectives of this requirement to emalee.gawrelski@uspto.gov no later than July 25, 2022, 10:00 AM ET. This is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation is available. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed requirement is solely within the discretion of the government. If no affirmative responses are received by July 25, 2022 at 10:00 AM ET the Government will pursue a sole source option period to continue services with NCPC.
