Synopsis and Notice of Intent to Sole Source Tevron CitraTest Support and Maintenance Subscription (part: CT-MAIN) This synopsis is issued in accordance with FAR Part 5.203 in response to the mandatory requirement for notification. The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the United States Patent and Trademark Office’s (USPTO) intent to negotiate a commercial, Firm-Fixed Price sole source purchase order with Tevron, LLC, located at 402 Amherst St STE 103, Nashua, NH 03063-4226 in order to obtain CitraTest subscriptions for support and maintenance in s in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. Market research has demonstrated that there is only one vendor capable of fulfilling the USPTO’s needs. The vendor, Tevron, LLC. does not have any resellers. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 511210. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency for market research purposes. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. No solicitation/request for quote package will be posted. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotations.
