The scope of this task order is to provide software engineering support services, as requested, for USPTO’s Time and Attendance system prior to USPTO's move to the new solution, in accordance with USPTO software engineering standards and best practices. The work will include: business process documentation, functional and technical elaboration, writing scripts, testing, production support, defect/bug fixes, and administrative support. To support the achievement of Time and Attendance objectives, the Contractor shall collaborate with other USPTO teams, as needed, to ensure business requirements are addressed comprehensively and efficiently reusing existing capabilities as available.
