The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is conducting market research to assess the maturity of Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities as they specifically relate to “image searching” during design patent application prosecution and to assess vendor/organization capabilities and interest. This Request for Information (RFI) will explore current and developing market interest and capacity to augment and integrate with current USPTO search capabilities with image searching. Interested parties shoud respond in accordance with the attached instructions.
