This is a presolicitation notice only; no responses or SF 330 submissions are being requested at this time. The Department of Commerce intends to award up to three Firm-Fixed-Price IDIQ architect-engineer contracts for comprehensive multi-disciplinary services supporting renovation, modernization, repair, and infrastructure projects at the Herbert C. Hoover Building in Washington, DC. The acquisition is anticipated to be a total small-business set-aside. The solicitation is expected to be posted on SAM.gov on or about September 18, 2026, with a mandatory site visit at the Hoover Building anticipated on or about September 21, 2026. A draft Performance Work Statement is attached to this notice.
