The contract type contemplated is a Hybrid firm-fixed-price contract for contractor to purchase from the U.S. Government recyclable paper and cardboard; commingled plastic, metal/bimetal, and glass items (e.g., aluminum cans, bottles), to include all and not limited to Resin Codes 1-6 #1: polyethylene terephthalate (PET), #2: high-density polyethylene (HDPE), #3: Polyvinyl chloride (PVC), #4: low-density polyethylene (LDPE), #5: polypropylene (PP), and #6: polystyrene (PS); and used laser/toner or inkjet printer cartridges generated on [location] premise. The Contractor shall provide services described herein at “no change “as well as pay the Government for the material picked up.
