An automatic telemetry refill level notification device is required. Please see the attached statement of work for a full description. This requirement includes a base period and 4 optional periods. Please provide pricing for oxygen and, as a separate line item, the rental of the tank. Please also quote each optional period with separate pricing for the oxygen and tank rental. Price will be evaluated based on the total cost including all optional periods. Award will be based on price and past performance.
