NOAA intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract to incumbent contractor Soteria Solutions to continue work begun under the above-referenced award. Under the incumbent contract, Soteria Solutions completed a Climate Survey for Federal Employees regarding sexual assault and sexual harassment (SASH). In the follow-on contract, NOAA is procuring the survey of contractors, affiliates, and visitors to NOAA regarding SASH; and the development and delivery of SASH prevention and awareness training based on the results of the Climate Survey for Federal Employees and new contractor/affiliate/visitor survey.
