This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Award will be based on responsive, responsible offer for all required items combined. Partial offers will not be considered. Solicitation 51-SO-BC-22-00001 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2022-06, dated 26-MAY-2022. The Census Bureau anticipates one award resulting from this notice. Award will be made to lowest priced responsive, responsible offeror meeting all specifications and requirements. CLIN0001: 8 ½” x 11”, sub 28 White Pressure Duplex, V-Fold, Seal Mocr, Prints 1/1, 1 ink Blank based on customer perforations, with NO block-out, adhesive pattern. Quantity Required – 7,500 boxes @ 2,000 each = 15,000,000 sheets CLIN0002: Variance of up to 10% (plus or minus) of CLIN0001 = 750 boxes CLIN0003: 8 ½” x 14”, sub 28 White Pressure Duplex, Z-Fold, seal Mocr, Prints 1/1, 1 ink Blank based on customer perforations, with 2 block-out panels, adhesive pattern. Quantity Required – 3,000 boxes @ 2,000 each = 6,000,000 sheets CLIN0004: Variance of up to 10% (plus or minus) of CLIN0003 = 300 boxes Cartons must be on wood pallets no more than 48” high, including pallet. Pallet Specifications as Follows: Wooden, #1 or #2, 42” Wide x 48” Long, Single Stringer with Full Opening on 42” Side The Government may request samples from the apparent three (3) low offerors. A bid sample is defined for this solicitation as one (1) box of 2,000 sheets. Requested samples must be delivered within three (3) business days after notice from the Government, at no cost to the Government.
