PRESSURE SEAL PAPER REQUIREMENT The Bureau of the Census is issuing this notice as a combined synopsis/solicitation for pressure seal paper. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation 51-SO-BC-20-00045 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2020-04, dated January 15, 2020. The Census Bureau anticipates only one award resulting from this notice. Award will be made to the lowest priced responsive, responsible offeror meeting all of the specifications and requirements. CLIN0001 – 8 ½” x 11”, sub 28, White, Pressure Seal, Duplex, Multi-Purpose, V-Fold, with Block-Out Quantity Required = 1,500 cartons @ 2,000 sheets (3,000,000 sheets) CLIN0002 – Variance of up to 10% + or – of Line #1 Quantity Variance = 150 cartons @ 2,000 sheets (300,000 sheets) Cartons must be shipped on wooden pallets no more than 48” high, including pallet. Pallet specifications as follows: Wooden, Hardwood, #1 or #2 grade, 42” Wide x 48” Long, Single Stringer, with Full opening on the 42” Side. The Government may request samples from the three (3) apparent low offerors. A bid sample is defined for this solicitation as one (1) carton @ 2,000 sheets. Requested samples must be delivered within three (3) business days after notice from the Government; at no cost to the Government.
