This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation 51-SO-BC-20-00001 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2019-06, dated September 10, 2019. The Census Bureau anticipates one award resulting from this notice. Award will be made to lowest priced responsive, responsible offeror meeting all specifications and requirements. CLIN001 - Chipboard, Pasted, Kraft, cut to 9 ½" x 11 ½", .080 Thick = 242,000 pieces CLIN002 - Industry Standard Variance up to 10% + or - of Line #1 = 24,200 pieces There will be two (2) separate delivery locations as follows: Jeffersonville, Indiana = 92,000 pieces Phoenix, AZ = 150,000 pieces FOB Destination to: US Census Bureau 2020 PDCC - East Site 100 Logistics Avenue Jeffersonville, IN 47130 FOB Destination to: US Census Bureau 2020 PDCC - West Site 4417 West Buckeye Road Phoenix, Arizona 85043 Be sure to include all shipping and handling charges to each delivery location in submitted offer.
