The Government invites industry to review the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) and the anticipated acquisition strategy and to provide capability statements and questions/comments on the strategy as requested attached. The anticipated acquisition strategy for this acquisition is a multiple award Blanket Purchase Agreement against the GSA Federal Supply Schedules or an open market multiple award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract. The Government anticipates robust participation from small business in response to this RFI to support assessment of potential opportunities for small business set-aside(s). All certified small business entities are highly encouraged to submit a capability statement.
