Please use updated template.* *Q/A responses are now posted* This is not a solicitation but rather a Request for Information (RFI) to determine capability of potential small businesses for information and planning purposes only; therefore, only responsible sources need to respond. PE2E Search Cloud Migration will be procured using the Alternative Competition Method, in accordance with the Patent and Trademark Office Acquisition Guidelines (PTAG) and the Patent and Trademark Office Efficiency Act 35 U.S.C. 2(b)(4)(A). The purpose of this RFI is to identify small businesses that are deemed most likely to successfully meet the agency’s need for PE2E Search Cloud Migration services. The purpose of this effort is to migrate the Patent Search product serving over 10,000 users to a USPTO approved and FedRAMP-compliant cloud service provider/environment. The USPTO cloud strategy, governance framework, and application assessment process and criteria will be leveraged by the contractor to devise a plan of execution enabling its subject matter experts (SMEs) to provide the right blend of cloud migration performance and counsel to support and meet the mission. The anticipated value of this procurement is $750,000.
