Office of Law Enforcement (OLE) is in need of a service provider that can provide and operate long-distance/long-duration un-crewed aircraft systems (UAS) to locate and identify vessels subject to the RWSSRR traveling at speeds over 10 knots in Seasonal Management Areas (SMAs) during posted times that are not able to be identified and sanctioned via other sources (AIS, shore-based collection platforms). The service provider must provide evidence of sufficient quality to issue a notice of violation to and extract fines from vessel owners/operators found to be speeding.
