NOAA intends to award a firm fixed-price contract for Tower Sections to be delivered to the National Data Buoy Center at Stennis Space Center, MS. The award will be made to the responsive, responsible quoter providing the best value. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), as no award can be made to an unregistered company. Contractors must use the free, non-proprietary unique entity identifier assigned through SAM.gov.
