NOAA intends to award a firm fixed price contract for DART Hull Replacements to be performed at the National Data Buoy Center in Stennis Space Center, MS. The award will be made to the responsive, responsible quoter providing the best value. All contractors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM), as no award can be made to an unregistered company.
