NOAA intends to award a firm fixed-price contract for 2.54m buoy frames and bridles. The services will be performed for the National Data Buoy Center at Stennis Space Center, MS. The award will be made to the responsive, responsible quoter providing the best value. All contractors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM.gov), as no award can be made to an unregistered company.
