NOAA intends to award a firm fixed price contract for Ionomer Foam Buoy Hulls for the National Data Buoy Center. The services will be performed at the Stennis Space Center in Mississippi. The award will be made to the responsive, responsible quoter providing the best value. All contractors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for an award.
