Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

NOAA intends to award a firm fixed-price contract for specific FLYGT Grinder Pumps, as they are the only brand compatible with the existing sewer lift station at the Sterling Field Support Center in Sterling, Virginia. The work will be performed at that location in Sterling, VA. The justification notes that using a different brand would require rebuilding the station at a cost of $75,000 to $100,000. Award will be made to the responsive, responsible quoter providing the best value. All contractors must be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) with a valid UEI to be eligible for award.
