This RFQ is for the procurement of six Foam Buoy Framework Assemblies for the National Data Buoy Center. The work is to be performed at the Stennis Space Center in Mississippi. The acquisition is set aside 100 percent for small business entities under NAICS code 332999 and will use Simplified Acquisition Procedures. All contractors must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) with a Unique Entity Identifier to be eligible for award.
