The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) intends to award a firm fixed price contract for a base year plus two option years as a 100% Small Business set-aside, with performance in Kansas City, MO. The requirement is for the renewal of nine active eLearning Brothers LLC Subscription - Asset Library licenses, used by the National Weather Service Office of the Chief Learning Officer to create and maintain training materials. Offerors must be approved authorized resellers of the eLearning Brothers brand, as the government has determined that no similar products can meet its needs. The award will be made on a best value basis under FAR 12.203(c)(2). Interested contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award.
