This is a sole source notice for preventative maintenance and software updates for SCIEX MS instruments to be performed at the NOS Hollings Marine Laboratory in Charleston, SC. The period of performance is from August 1, 2026, to July 31, 2027, with one additional option year. The justification is that only the original equipment manufacturer, AB SCIEX LLC, can provide these proprietary services. Firms believing they can meet the requirements have 15 days from the notice's publication to submit substantiating documentation in writing to the point of contact.
