The period of performance is from the date of award through two years. Saint Louis University is uniquely qualified due to its existing prototype framework, specialized expertise in GNSS data processing, and leadership role within the IGS Clock Working Group. The university has already established a dedicated testing environment for the required atomic clock evaluations, enabling immediate project commencement.
