The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) intends to award a sole source contract to Out & Equal for Out & Equal Workplace Summit 2024 in Orlando, FL. It is the intent of the Government to process this procurement under FAR Subpart 13 and to ultimately award a firm fixed priced (FFP) purchase order on a sole source basis to Out & Equal. Performance is anticipated to begin on October 7, 2024 and end on October 10, 2024. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561920 - Convention and Trade Show Organizers, with a $20 million size standard. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; no solicitation is forthcoming.
