The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) intends to award a sole source contract to National Contract Management Association (NCMA) for World Congress 2024 in Seattle, WA. It is the intent of the Government to process this procurement under FAR Subpart 13 and to ultimately award a firm fixed priced (FFP) purchase order on a sole source basis to NCMA. Performance is anticipated to begin on July 21, 2024 and end on July 24, 2024. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 611430 – Professional and Management Development Training. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; no solicitation is forthcoming.
