The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) intends to award a sole source contract to SPACE IN AFRICA OU (Harju MAAKOND, TALLINN, Kesklinna LINNAOSA, 7-2 Sakala Tn, Tallinn 10141, Estonia) for NewSpace Africa Conference Supports during the NewSpace Africa Conference located in Luanda, Angola. It is the intent of the Government to process this procurement under FAR Subpart 13 and to ultimately award a firm fixed priced (FFP) purchase order on a sole source basis to SPACE IN AFRICA OU. Performance is anticipated to begin on April 2, 2024 and end on April 5, 2024 The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561920 - Convention and Trade Show Organizers, with a $20 million size standard. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; no solicitation is forthcoming.
