Class 100 Cleanroom Laboratory Services
The opportunity involves the operation and maintenance of a micro- and nano-fabrication facility. The main cleanroom (BMF) is 16,000 gross square feet, containing 8,000 sq ft of ISO 5 downflow space and 8,000 sq ft of chase and support, plus an 18,000 sq ft interstitial area at roughly ISO 7, all located in Building 81. The PIF includes six approximately 23 ft x 23 ft laboratories rated at ISO 8. The DIF consists of three spaces: a 1,411 sq ft lab, a 575 sq ft lab, and a 224 sq ft support room, all treated as ISO 8. Additional storage areas are in the Building 81 interstitial/penthouse and Building 1.
