The SBA nonmanufacturer rule does not apply, and a small-business reseller may furnish an otherwise compliant product from a manufacturer exceeding the 1,250-employee size standard. A temperature control range starting at 4°C is acceptable, and the three-year warranty must be provided directly by the OEM. Installation, commissioning, calibration, and user training are not required, and there are no specified connection or pressure requirements for the two-stage gas regulator.
